My name is Dana Knave and I have been in the food industry since I was 16 years old.  I have worked in full service restaurants, schools and now at a regional jail.

I operate this business with my husband and my family.  We have been catering events for approximately 20 years.  I am ServSafe certified through the National Restaurant Association.

I have catered events with as few as 20 guests to as many as 300.  Weddings, birthday’s, retirements, anniversaries, banquets or any other functions; I am willing to assist you and make your event as stress free as possible when it involves providing a meal.
